1. Where can I live to enjoy the Pyrénées Compra Superfàcil?
To be able to use the Pyrénées Compra Superfàcil you have to live at the Principat d'Andorra or have a reception address at the country.

2. How can we pay?
The Compra Superfàcil can be paid with the Pyrénées card, or with a bank card (VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, VISA ELECTRON)

3. Is it safe to order through the comprasuperfacil.ad ?
The Grans Magatzems Pyrénées biggest concern is to assure a safe purchase service. That's why the acess control is made through user name and password, besides the most sophisticated security systems.

4. For how long are the prices valid?
Grans Magatzems Pyrénées assures that the applied prices are at all time vigent at the sales points at the moment of carrying out thr order.

5. Which is the return policy of the Compra Superfàcil ?
Real return assurance if you're not pleased with your purchase.

6. How much is the dispatch costs ?
We inform that from the 1st of February 2009 onward the dispatch will be free of charge for any order above 48€. Per inferior orders, an extra charge of 6€ for preparation and dispatch will be added to the amount of the invoice. For further information see initial page (Client's information)

7. May I change the name and password or the register data
When you register at the Pyrénées Compra Superfàcil, you will be given a user name and a password, that you can change if wished. You will have to fill in these data everytime you want to access the Compra Superfàcil.

8. Which are the dispatch conditions ?
Sales exclusively reserved for Andorra. The orders received before 12:00 a.m. are delivered at the same day, having in mind the delivery days of each parish. For Canillo and Encamp, the distribuition van leaves at 9h00 a.m. of the delivery day, thus, the orders have to be received at our offices before the 12h00 a.m. of the previous day.

9. Which are the delivery days for the orders ?
*** Andorra la Vella, Santa Coloma , Escaldes-Engordany and Sant Julià de Lòria : from Monday to Saturday. *** Encamp and Canillo : Monday, Wednesday and Friday.*** La Massana, Pal-Erts, Arinsal and Ordino-Llorts : Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. *** Pas de la Casa : Wednesday.*** For further information : initial page (Client's information).

10. Offers and discounts of the Pyrénées Card
Due to the importance of the offers, discounted products at or above the 20% discount will not be accumulated in the scaling of the Pyrénées Card.

11. What is Ajuda Online ?
The Ajuda Online is a service to attend the problems you may have when using the web. This service is available from 09:00 to 19:00 from Monday to Friday.

12. Reminder of the 3x2 campaign, 2nd unit half the price and other campaigns
Due to the offers importance, your campaign purchases will not be accumulated to the discount rate of the Pyénées card. The effective price of your order will be expressed in the cashier ticket delivered with it. The promotion is valid untill 12:00 a.m., 2 days before the last day of the promotion. Due to the quantity of orders, the delivery days can be changed. Some products have a limit of daily buying. Prices are available until the end of stock.

13. Alcohol and minors
Due to the decree published at the BOPA of 16th of Juny 2004 it is not alloweded to sell or supply alcoholic drinks to minors under 18. To follow this decree, the sales person may ask the buyer a documentation to justify the age. (We recommend the responsible consumption of alcohol).

14. Tobacco and minors
Due to the decree published at the BOPA of 16th of Juny 2004, it is totally forbiden to sell, offer to sell or delivery to a person under 18 products of tobacco and other products that imitate or induce ro smoking habits and that are prejudicial to the health. The sales person may ask the buyer an I.D. justifying his/hers age. We declare that the tobacco products are prejudicial to the health.

15. What is the commercial time?
From Monday to Thursday 09.30am to 08.00pm, Friday 09.30am to 09.00pm, saturday from 09.30am to 10.00pm, sunday from 09.30am to 08.00pm.
